Hawaii's Turbinella Pacifica

If you are familiar with this shell then you also know it as Peristernia Chlorostoma. I prefer the nickname "Green-Mouth Spindle" even though no green appears in its color scheme. And yes, it is from the gastropod family. The color and size of this seashell is unique to Hawaii and only found in certain (undisclosed!) locations. It is a durable shell with varying colors of light peach to brown. If you find this shell consider yourself very lucky!  Happy hunting to all shell collectors and fashionistas who love gorgeous rose gold necklaces.
